Is CBD Safe?

CBD has demonstrated itself to be an extremely safe compound for almost all people, but it is impossible to completely rule out any risk from using CBD. We encourage you to do your own research and consult with your doctor before use.  

Is CBD/Hemp Legal?

The Hemp Farming Act of 2018 was a proposed law o remove hemp (defined as cannabis with less than 0.3% THC) from Schedule I Controlled Substances and making it an ordinary agricultural commodity. Its provisions were incorporated in the 2018 United States Farm Bill that became law on December 20, 2018.

Will CBD get me high?

No. CBD is not psychoactive like its counterpart, THC. Cannesis CBD has been refined to remove any THC which may have been naturally occurring in the plant and will not make you feel "high" or "stoned".

Can I take CBD with my medications?

CBD can be safe to take with a variety of medications, but you should consult your doctor before doing so. Mixing medications with CBD could have unforeseen risks since research is limited.

Will I pass a drug test if I take Cannesis?

Hemp, under federal law, is considered cannabis sativa with less than 0.3% THC content. While Cannesis contains very little THC, which may have been naturally occurring in the hemp plant, we cannot guarantee with complete certainty that you will pass a drug test. There are many cannabinoids in the the cannabis plant which are not understood well yet everyone's body is slightly different.
